In terms of the economic crisis that was simultaneously broadcasted on the local economy, S&T Serbia managed to record another successful business year. Revenue for 2009 amounted to over 8 million euro and net profit of almost 10% of revenue. With these results, S&T Serbia ranked among the most stable companies in Serbia, strengthening position as the leading IT system integrator in the country and region.
Outstanding results in 2009 confirmed the Gartner study (from July 2009), where the leading consultancy firm in Central and Eastern Europe, declared S&T. Great names in the IT consulting, such as IBM, Accenture, SAP and Oracle, were all ranked behind the S&T. The study showed that the S&T, in sharp competition, had almost ten per cent market share last year, and revenues of 150 million U.S. dollars in this area, which was more than double from Accenture company and 3 times more than SAP in this part of the world.

For company dealing with IT services, major challenge, on which S&T Serbia responded fully, was the preservation of key human resources in order to guarantee the quality of the portfolio of products, services and expertise. Savings and preservation of human resources will undoubtedly have a major effect not only on the company reputation but also on expected growth in results and efficient operations in 2010.

At the local level, a large number of successfully realized projects contributed to these results. Mention only the most important: in public sector large e-Government project, in telecom sector - projects with Telenor (OSS and business intelligence), then in the field of logistics, implementation project of INFOR WMS (Warehouse Management System) solution for leading regional logistics company – Milšped d.o.o. which served as support to project implemented for software tracking and warehouse management for the Twenty-fifth anniversary Univerzijada, held this summer in Belgrade.

In February this year, implemented WMS solution, cause the nomination of S&T Serbia for the European IT Excellence Awards, the only pan-European awards that are dedicated to IT companies with a clear recognition of the key role of those IT companies that deal with software and business solutions. S&T Serbia was the only finalist from our country in system integrator category for IT solutions.
