S&T realizes first SAP implementation project, combined with IXOS Document Management in Serbia for Serbia Broadband (SBB)

February 2006, Belgrade – Serbia and Montenegro. Acting as solution provider and system integrator, providing single point of support, S&T successfully built computer infrastructure and implemented first phase of mySAP Business Suite All-in One, the comprehensive ERP business solution, giving the management from SBB vital information and tools necessary to strengthen their leading market position.

Serbia Broadband from Kragujevac is the biggest and the only national wide broad bend, interactive cable operator in Serbia with 500000 users’ contract accounts. The company faced the challenge of replacing the current very fragile and unstable software solutions in order to retrieve accurate and up-to-date business information, improve and support all business critical processes such as decision making, resource planning, strategic and operational management,, internal and external communication and increase competitive advantage.

The turn-key solution was chosen with following main components: mySAP Business Suite All-in One and OpenText IXOS - Document Management System (DMS). Implementation of this very complex, over one million worth project, was divided into three phases. The Project started in May 2005, first phase “went live” on January 09, 2006, second phase will become operational in April 2006 and complete Project is scheduled to be finished in October 2006. First phase of the Project was finished within the plan (7 months) and budget. S&T team of SAP consultants will carry out this implementation project which requires a great deal of experience and know-how. This is the first SAP implementation project, combined with IXOS Document Management System that will be realized in Serbia!
