S&T Consolidates Telenor Data Storage
Large mobile operators like Telenor have a complex IT infrastructure, with many isolated islands. S&T has implemented a storage solution based on the latest EMC high-end storage. The project also includes SAN infrastructure and IBM servers for data warehouse.
With completion of the migration phase, most of Telenor’s business information will be consolidated on the new storage. Large and ever-increasing amounts of data are now stored on a highly reliable high-performing system. The system will provide adequate IT support to Telenor during the introduction of new business functions and their business growth. After the project implementation, S&T Serbia provides around-the-clock (24x7) support with guaranteed time to repair.
